Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm
Back to School Hours (Usually Begins Mid-August)
Sunday - Thursday 10am - 9pm
Friday & Saturday 10am - 10pm
Basic Rules
- By entering the pool you agree to the rules and full terms of use available for review at the link below.
- No Pets!
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Pool Property.
- No Glass Bottles or Containers
- Pool is for homeowners living in the neighborhood only, there is a limit of 2 non-resident guests per household.
- Swimming Lessons are NOT ALLOWED.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by their parent(s) or responsible adult over 18yrs of age
- Any expenses incurred; such as cleaning fees or physical damage to the property, by a resident or their guest, will be billed to the responsible homeowner.

Pool Keys
- Pool Keys are assigned to new homeowners and included in their welcome packet.
- If you lose your key there is a $10 replacement cost.
- Please Return your pool key prior to moving so we may reprogram and issue to the new homeowner. A $25 fee will be charged at closing if not returned.
- Keys are deactivated if HOA Dues are Unpaid
Video Surveillance
Our Video Surveillance has been updated to a new ultra high definition system. All activity at and around the pool property is recorded 24/7. Trespassing without authorized access and vandalism will be reported to the police. Camera footage or images of any persons of interest may be provided to law enforcement to report illegal activity or available to view by other hoa members for identification purposes.
