Basic Rules
- By entering the pool you agree to the rules and full terms of use available for review at the link below.
- No Pets!
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Pool Property.
- No Glass Bottles or Containers
- Pool is for homeowners living in the neighborhood only, there is a limit of 2 non-resident guests per household.
- Swimming Lessons are NOT ALLOWED.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by their parent(s) or responsible adult over 18yrs of age
- Any expenses incurred; such as cleaning fees or physical damage to the property, by a resident or their guest, will be billed to the responsible homeowner.

Pool Keys Discontinued
We have migrated to a new gate access system that uses your wireless device with Bluetooth.
- Your current key fob will no longer work.
- Each user must have an email address and mobile phone number.
- If you did not receive an email from the HOA or Pro Data Key please call or email us.

Video Surveillance
Our Video Surveillance has been updated to a new ultra high definition system. All activity at and around the pool property is recorded 24/7. Trespassing without authorized access and vandalism will be reported to the police. Camera footage or images of any persons of interest may be provided to law enforcement to report illegal activity or available to view by other hoa members for identification purposes.
