HOA Dues
HOA Dues are currently $350 Annually, they are invoiced in January and Due by March 31st of each year. A 10% late fee applies to unpaid balances on April 15th. Liens are filed for unpaid balances at the end of the year.
Covenant Rules & Regulations
Construction Requirements
Painting, staining, fences, attached/detached buildings, deck construction or additions, enclosed patios, pergolas, play sets, club houses, and other construction projects require prior written approval from the HOA Architectural Committee. Please submit your request a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, by e-mail to hoa@genesiscreekhoa.com for review.
